Jenn is currently a freelance writer and editor. In her most recent staff role, she was the managing editor at Simplemost Media, the team that publishes the E.W. Scripps Co.’s lifestyle brands, Simplemost and Don’t Waste Your Money. As a freelancer she has also contributed to Outdoor Retailer’s The Daily, The Colorado Sun, Colorado School of Mines and other publications. Before joining the team at Simplemost, she was the travel and fitness editor at The Denver Post. In addition to writing for Boulder’s Colorado Daily and Daily Camera newspapers, where she worked as a staff reporter and editor, she has written for several outdoors-focused magazines, including Bicycling, Backpacker and Climbing, and worked as a fact-checker for Yoga Journal. As a nonfiction book editor, she worked with author Michael Maciel on The Five Vows.
